Bringing together artists, artisans, farmers, and food producers

METTOWEE MAKERS is a collective of makers who live and work in the towns and hamlets of southwestern Vermont's Mettowee Valley. Dorset, Danby, Rupert, Pawlet, West Pawlet and Wells are nestled along the scenic Mettowee River, in the shadow of Haystack, Rupert and Danby Mountains. This is the true Vermont, where syrup makers and potters live side-by-side, where farmers and furniture makers carry on the traditions of their forebears. Unspoiled, creative, and bountiful, the Mettowee Valley is one of Vermont's hidden gems.
